Intake Procedure

Thank you for your interest in applying for services from Next Step Residential Services. 

To maintain our level of standards, our intake process is designed to ensure that the level of service required is compatible with our current caseload. 

Complete an Application

Application Review

Upon review of your application, you will be contacted by the Next Step Residential Services office to set up an intake meeting.

Intake Meeting

Please bring all relevant and current documentation, including assessments and service plans, if applicable.

Intake Review

Next Step Residential Services then determines whether we are able to provide the necessary supports for the individual. We will follow up with confirmation of approval.
